About TechDen

I run TechDen as an appointment-only service in Louisville, Kentucky. I work on computers and upgrades, home Wi-Fi, smart-home devices, cameras and doorbells, everyday tech problems, and personal home-server projects.

I also build and refresh websites for small businesses. Each project is scoped and quoted around the pages and features the business needs.

When you get in touch, we’ll start with what is not working or what you want to accomplish. I’ll explain the practical options and talk through the cost before a larger repair or project moves ahead. Depending on the job, we can arrange drop-off, an in-home visit or remote help.

TechDen is not a walk-in shop or an alarm-monitoring company. My goal is straightforward: help you get more out of the equipment you have, without turning every problem into a sales pitch.
